The restaurant assisted with a catering order for eleven people. The food was very delicious. the reception staff ensured accommodations were comfortable. the hotel maintains perfect cleanliness with friendly, helpful staff. the bar staff was great and very professional.
the radiator stayed too hot all night even with the window open, and the bathroom towel rack heater would not turn off.

The staff proactively addressed food allergies. They contacted me before my stay to discuss menu options. personalised care was deeply appreciated and helped reduce stress about eating out. It was amazing!!!

The hotel is located close to the airport. it is conveniently situated between galway and the cliffs of moher. it is a great choice for a road trip. It is amazing!!!

The hotel location was convenient. Plenty of parking spaces were available, even during a busy period. The christmas decorations added a nice touch to the hotel's ambiance.
The rooms felt somewhat outdated with mismatched decor. The walls seemed thin as i could hear conversations. The wardrobe shelf was dusty, suggesting it had not been cleaned recently.
